Why Start Training Martial Arts?

Train in Muay Thai, BJJ, Submission Grappling, Wing Chun, Kali/Escrima and MMA in the Maple, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, King City area.  These multiple forms of Martial Arts are explored through Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do Concepts.

What does that really mean?  With JKD, you will learn techniques that work, regardless of what form, style or country it came from.  We teach these techniques in a live flow environment, which means you find out immediately if it works for you.

You are provided the opportunity to experience many ranges of combat (which is a whole discussion on its own), and you can take away what works for you.  As you may have noticed, no two people are created equal.  So why should all people train the same or be expected to get the same result out of learning one technique?

You will have access to an arsenal of options of which you are encouraged to explore and train in, take what you feel works for you and make it your own.

We exercise to the point of the techniques you will learn and thus reinforce to your body into auto memory of these movements, which makes learning one step closer to an automatic response in action.

Our variety of training in stand up, clinch and ground is hard and rewarding work that will take all the boredom out of a routine you may have found elsewhere.

Our focus is around the results our individual athletes walk away with.

Under the Jeet Kune Do Concepts, we train in:

Brazillian Jiu itsu, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Muay Thai, Strength and Conditioning, Kali – Escrima, Trapping, Self Defence and Self Protection.
